Solis Holdings (02227) sets IPO offer price at $0.85 Close

(Infocast News) Solis Holdings (02227) has set its offer price at HK$0.85 per share, the ceiling of its prospective pricing range of HK$0.75-0.85 per share, at which the net proceeds from the global offering to be received by the company are estimated to be HK$142.1 million.

The shares for public offering were over-subscribed by 111.9 times. After re-allocation, the number of offer shares allocated to the public offering was increased to 50% of the total number of offer shares initially available under the global offering. The offer shares initially offered under the placing were over-subscribed by 1 time.

With a board lot size of 4,000 shares, the stock is expected to begin listing on 11 December 2017.
