Prospects

The Group's aims to maintain and strengthen its market positions in the cotton yarn and home textile industries in the PRC. The Group will continue to participate in both cotton yarn and bedding product businesses but its business focus will be on its bedding product business, particularly sales of branded bedding products in the PRC. To achieve this goal, it plans to pursue the following strategies set out in the section entitled.
. Expanding sales network and strengthening brand building for our bedding products;
. Enhancing product design and quality control capabilities; and
. Enhancing production capabilities with a focus on high value-added products.
