The Group is a property developer in Shenzhen. Consistent with the government policy, the Group is actively involved in urban redevelopment projects in Shenzhen. The Group also takes advantage of the buoyant economic environment in greater Shenzhen, it has been developing large-scale residential and integrated commercial projects in Dongguan and Huizhou. Currently, the Group has approximately 12.6 million sq.m. GFA in its land bank, of which approximately 60% is located within greater Shenzhen. The Group also sees the economic growth potential in the Yangtze River Delta, it has been developing projects in Shanghai and its neighboring areas, such as Jiangyin city. In addition, the Group also has projects in provincial capitals, such as Shenyang, Changsha, and Chengdu.
