The Group will also strengthen and enhance its hardware and associated softwares to support its file server and mail server for better delivery of corporate advisory services. The Group plans to explore, via its existing and new client network and alliances and engaging the Phillip Capital Group for deal referrals, as well as ways and means in developing stronger working relationships in Hong Kong and the PRC. The Directors believe that through the Listing, the Group’s profile and public awareness will be significantly enhanced and this will become an important part of the Group’s marketing strategy, in addition to its ongoing exposure through the Directors’ personal involvements in professional and tertiary activities.
